Ted has been active in structural funds over a number of years and has extensive experience of both delivery and management of EU programmes related to worklessness and social inclusion in the public and VCSE sector.

He has been a member of a number of regional advisory groups especially related to mass redundancies, retraining and employment advice.

Ted was active in supporting VCSE engagement in the current ESIF programme in the West Midlands providing strategic support and advice to individual and infrastructure organisations. He also plays an active role in ESIF process as a VCS representative.
